Harriet L. Douville, 89, of Bedford, passed away at her home on Friday June 22, 2018.
She was born in Atkinson, NH on August 28, 1928 to the late Newell Allen and Evelyn May (Peaslee)
Villars.
She compiled and had published The Douville Family Genealogy, and also wrote the Villars-Villare
Genealogy. She was a member of the American Canadian Genealogical Society, and the Maine
Genealogical Society. She was a member of the Sons and Daughters of Nathan Lord, and also a member
of the Locke Family Association.
Harriet was predeceased by her beloved husband Henry G. Douville in 1997.
Family includes two daughters, Linda MacArthur and husband Gary of Wolfeboro, NH, and Raye-Ellen
Douville of Bedford, NH; four grandchildren, Gary MacArthur II and his partner Michelle Caldarone of
New Durham, NH, Tamara Hallee and husband Tony of Hooksett, NH, Ryan Godbout and husband Nick
of Hooksett, NH, and Kelsey Douville and fiancé Dane Levis of Portland, ME; two great grandchildren
Emily Hallee and Johnny Danger; and her cousin, Eleanor West. She was also predeceased by her sister Evelyn Innie.
SERVICES: There are no calling hours. All services will be held privately, at the convenience of the family.
