He was born in Manchester February 15, 1926 the only son of Theode and Alexina (Auger) Boisvert.
He worked as a tire rebuilder most of his life and had been employed by John A. Connare Tire Co. and Sullivan Tire Co. After retiring he enjoyed working on small engines and was well known to West Side residents as the "lawnmower guy". Hector also enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing horseshoes.
He will be remembered and loved by his family, friends and all who knew him.
He leaves his wife, Barbara (Gilman) Boisvert of Manchester; two sons, Dennis Boisvert of Arizona and Steve Boisvert of Manchester; four grandchildren, Nicole, Kelly, Erica and Nicolas; three sisters, Mary Dallaire of Manchester. Arline Boisvert of California and Rita Beaudette of Manchester;
A memorial service was held Friday, December 10, 2011 at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North St., Manchester.
