Irene A. Cote

Born in Manchester, she was the daughter of Adelard J. and Odelie (Simoneau) Poirier. She was a lifelong Manchester resident.

Before retiring, Mrs. Cote was employed for many years at the J.F. McElwain Shoe Company.

Her husband, Henry E. Cote died March 20, 1972.

Family members include a daughter, Lucille V. Demers and a son, Henry E. Cote, both of Manchester; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one niece.

A memorial Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at Sacred Heart Church. A private committal service took place at St. Augustin Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
