ee Irene (Dion) Duhaime, 95, formerly of 55 Violet St., Manchester died September 20, 2001 at Hillsborough County Nursing Home, Goffstown after a long illness.

ee Born in Manchester on August 10, 1906, she was the daughter of Hector and Leda (Boivin) Dion.e She lived in Manchester most of her life and had worked at various shoe manufacturing factories.e For several years she also lived and worked in New York, NY.e

ee During the 1920's she was a contestant in several beauty pageants including the Miss Manchester pageant in 1923.

ee She was a former communicant of St. Edmond Church and was a member of the AARP.

ee The family includes her husband, Donat Duhaime of Manchester; three step sons, Maurice Duhaime, Paul Duhaime and Donald Duhaime all of Manchester; several step grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

ee A memorial service was held September 23rd in Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North Street, Manchester.
