Irene Y. Proulx

She was born in Manchester, August 25, 1939 the daughter of Louis and Antoinette (Dionne) St. Pierre.

Irene worked at J.F. McElwain Shoe Co. for several years and later worked as a nurse's aide at Mt. Carmel Nursing Home for more than 20 years.

She leaves her husband of 55 years, Andrew J. Proulx of Manchester; five children, Regina Bellemore and her husband, Richard, of Chester, Sue Eastman and her husband, Thomas, of Sandown, Roger A. Proulx and his wife, Jennifer, of Wakefield, Kathy Hebert and Lori Greene, both of Manchester; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; a sister, Rita Braley of Manchester; nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, December 29, 2014 in Sacred Heart Church. Burial followed in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
