Irene M. Soucy, 88, of Manchester, died October 31, 2017 at Catholic Medical Center after a brief illness.
She was born in Manchester April 20, 1929 to Alexis and Blanche (Brousseau) Soucy. She was a lifelong resident.
Irene worked many years at Waumbec Mills. She later worked at RCL Electronics and Velcro
USA.
She leaves a brother, Alexis W. Soucy and his wife, Sylvia, of Henderson, TN; a sister, Lorraine H. Lambert of Concord; her nieces and nephews, Claire Normand, Paul Lambert, Roger Lambert, Liane Wind, Therese Fournier, Albert Lambert, David Lambert, Frank Lambert, Marc Lambert and Mary Lambert; many grand nieces and grand nephews.
She was predeceased by her brother in-law, Robert J. Lambert, and by her nephew and godson, George Lambert.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Parish of the Transfiguration, 305 Kelley St., Manchester, NH
Committal prayers followed in Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the NH Association for the Blind, 25 Walker St., Concord, NH 03301
