She was born in Manchester on October 24, 1932, to Joseph and Zahia (Savaclay) George. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
A graduate of St. Anselm College in Goffstown, Ms. Pellerin was a teacher at Memorial High School for 20 years, then an assistant principal at Central High School for 21 years.
Her family includes two children, Steven L. Pellerin and his partner, Roberta Dakoulas, of Ft. Worth, TX, and Donna Pellerin George of Peterborough; three siblings, Agnes Bockmon of Londonderry, Dr. Phillip George of Florida, and Edmund George of Manchester; and nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to thank Elaine Caikauskas, Connie Vaillancourt, the wonderful women from Comfort Keepers, the staff of the Fitch Unit at Elliot Hospital, all her kind doctors, and her devoted Mr. Fat Cat for the loving care they provided to Isabel.
The funeral was held Saturday, September 3, 2011 at Our Lady of the Cedars Church, corner of Calef Road and Mitchell Street, Manchester. Committal prayers followed at St. Joseph Cemetery, 448 Donald St., Bedford.
