Isadore J. Piaseczny

Isadore J. Piaseczny Sr., 87, of Hooksett, died August 1, 2006, at a local healthcare facility after a period of declining health.

He was born in Manchester on May 10, 1919, the son of Karol and Aniela (Bieniek) Piaseczny. He was educated in the local school system.

Prior to retiring at age 72, he owned and operated Piaseczny Builders Inc. for many years.

He was a member of the Hooksett Men's Club, The Deerhead Club and the Pulaski Club. He enjoyed hunting, farming and gardening.

His wife, Anna (Zela) Piaseczny, predeceased him in 2003.

Members of his family include two sons, John Piaseczny and wife Nicole of Hooksett, Isadore J. Piaseczny Jr. and wife Theresa of Pittsfield, NH; one daughter, Jane Lazar and friend Tim Yaroscak of Hooksett; nine grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; several nephews, nieces, and cousins.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Hedwig Church on Friday August 4, 2006, with the Rev. Msgr. Alfred A. Daniszewski officiating. Burial followed in St. Hedwig Cemetery, Bedford.
