Jack Keefe Van Nort

Jack Keefe VanNort, 20, of Hooksett, NH, passed away on May 17th, 2025

Jack was born in Manchester on August 28, 2004 to parents Mark VanNort and Kelly Keefe. He graduated from Londonderry Highschool in 2023, before attending Keene State College to continue his education studying safety management.

Jack enjoyed life to the fullest, he was a friend to everyone he met and the light in all of our lives. His legacy of compassion, charisma and character will live on forever. To honor Jack, we ask everyone to be kind to each other and kind to yourself.

He is survived by his father, Mark VanNort, his mother, Kelly Keefe, his sister Ella VanNort, his bonus dad Dicky Caplette, his bonus siblings, Zachary Caplette, Dylan Caplette and Olivia Caplette and hundreds of friends, extended family and the love of his life Drea Dwyer.

SERVICES: Calling Hours will be held on Thursday, May 22nd, 2025 from 2:00pm-5:00pm with a Funeral Service to follow at 5:00pm at Lambert Funeral Home, 1799 Elm St. Manchester, NH 03104.
