Jacqueline Charland

Jacqueline Charland, age 84, of Manchester NH, died March 21, 2023 of Cardio heart complications.  

She was born in Berlin, NH on January 1, 1939 to Adrien and Regina Croteau (Marcotte).  In 1957, she graduated from Our Lady of the Mountains Academy in Gorham, NH as class valedictorian and was the recipient of a two year scholarship to NH College of Accounting and Commerce, now SNHU. 

She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Arthur, and their three children, David and wife Sheila and their daughters Danielle and Samantha, Richard and wife Kimberley and their son Zachary and daughter Elaine Packard and her daughters Kelsey and Shawna.

She was employed by Sydney’s Dress Shop, Jordan Marsh Company and retired from Members First Credit Union in Manchester NH after 19 years of service.

She treasured the barbecues and holiday gatherings spent with her children and grandchildren and in her spare time she worked on genealogy and enjoyed crossword puzzles.     

She was predeceased by her sister, Georgette Doucette and her husband Freddie Doucette and leaves her friend Robert Rancourt of Gorham, NH and her brother Mark and Lucille Croteau of Wellington, FL and a dear sister in law Rita Croteau and William Carey of Umatilla, FL.  She was also predeceased by her brother Hubert Croteau of Berlin and FL.   She leaves several aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and very dear friends.
