lt is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of Jacqueline Irene Theodorou. Jacqueline, 88, beloved wife of Robert “Bob” Theodorou, passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack. She was born on September 6, 1936 to the late Oscar and Florence (Valliere) Boisvert and was the youngest of six children.
Jacqueline was a lifelong resident of Manchester, was educated in the Catholic schools and had a strong faith in God. At 16, it was love at first sight when she saw Bob behind the ice cream counter at J. J. Newberry. He has been the love of her life ever since and they recently celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary!
After many years as a stay-at-home mom, Jacqueline worked in the Manchester school system as a paraprofessional. Her greatest joys were her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She always looked forward to visits from Braxxton, Maci and Nora and those visits brought her immense joy!
Jacqueline enjoyed spending time at the beach taking many family vacations to Hampton and later enjoyed her annual girl’s getaway to Wells Beach. She also enjoyed bingo and her many casino trips throughout the years. Even though she considered herself a gambler, she really was quite frugal with her money! ln her spare time, she could be found on her ipad, watching game shows, making puzzles and playing scrabble with her daughters. She will be missed beyond measure and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who have known and loved her.
In addition to her husband, Jacqueline is survived by her three daughters: Gail Broutzos and husband Mike, Lori Fowler, Cathy Goupil and husband Steve; two grandchildren: Kara Sullivan and husband Nick, Courtney Boudreau and husband Ryan; three great-grandchildren: Braxxton and Maci Boudreau and Nora Sullivan.
Jacqueline's family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at the Community Hospice House for her amazing care.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Blessed Sacrament Parish, 14 Elm Street, Manchester, on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 9:30am. Entombment will follow at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum in Manchester.
