Jacqulyne A. Aumann

March 2, 1942 — July 27, 2016

Jacqulyne "Jackie" Ann Aumann (nee Corcoran), 74, of Bedford NH, died at home surrounded by the family she so loved, on July 27th.

A truly kind and giving soul with a love of being near the water, Jackie was born in Albany, NY in 1942 as daughter to Richard and Stella Corcoran, and sister to Richard "Rick," of Dallastown, PA. She spent a good part of her life in San Antonio, TX, where she attended Edison High School and where joyful hours were spent riding her American Saddlebred horse, Midnight.

Married to her loving husband of 48 years, Frederick "Fritz" Carl Aumann of Bedford, NH in July of 1968 in Baldwinsville, NY, Jackie made Amherst, NH home. She and Fritz raised three children, all of whom survive her, son Derick his wife Dale of Hooksett, NH, son Geoffrey and wife Meg of Las Vegas, NV, and daughter Heidi and husband Brian of Arnold, MD.

Whether she was coaching, cheering, cooking or mending a scraped knee, her greatest joys came from being Mom. In addition, she and friend Debbie Newbert taught aerobics classes together over the years at the Amherst Congregational Church in Amherst, NH. Many sweet memories were made with family and friends alike at "The Lake," gorgeous Lake Sunapee in Central NH, and Jackie was quick to jump in the car when Fritz rattled the keys for one of their beloved coastline drives up 1A from Hampton to York Beach.

In addition to Fritz, her children and their spouses, she is survived by eight grandkids: Ethan (21), Jake (19), Seth (15), Caleb (13), Abigail (8), Patrick (13), Colin (13) and Declan (10); grand-dog Macy (8); brother Rick and his wife Marlene; all of her loving brothers and sisters-in-law, Dana, Gretchen, Patrick, Kris, Mark, Eric, Ann, Karl, Sue; and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her brother-in-law, Kurt Aumann
