Janet L. Ross

Janet Louise Ross, 80, of Bedford, NH passed away peacefully on April 20th 2026

She was born on December 21, 1945 in Exeter, NH to parents Robert Denyou Sr. and Agnes (Blanchette) Denyou. Janet graduated from Epping High School and then went on to earn her associates degree at Hesser College. She worked as an Administrative Assistant and in HR throughout her life. Some of her favorite jobs were at International Paper,

Manchester Knitted Fashion and Otis Elevators where coworkers became close friends and extended family.

She enjoyed traveling, and together with Bob they traveled to each of the 50 states, fulfilling a lifelong dream. Alaska being her favorite. She was an exceptional cook and loved to make dinner for friends and family. Thanksgiving was her favorite holiday and she always had more than enough pies for all. She enjoyed knitting and all kinds of crafts, and was also known to have a green thumb.

Janet is survived by her husband of 40 years Robert Ross; her 2 children Norman Limoges (Dionne Thomas) of N.Conway NH, and Denise Kirk of Alton Bay, NH. Her six grandsons, Joshua Limoges (Noelle), Christopher Kirk (Abbey), Ryan Kirk (Lindsey), Steven Limoges, Ethan Limoges and Spencer Limoges, and three Great Grandchildren. She loved her family fiercely and always found great joy in being with them.

She is predeceased by her parents Robert and Agnes; Brother Robert Denyou Jr and son in law Alan Kirk

SERVICES: Calling Hours will be held Saturday, April 25th from 10am-12pm with a Service to follow directly after at Lambert Funeral Home, 1799 Elm St. Manchester, NH.
