Janice E. Yergeau, 66, of Bedford passed away peacefully Thursday March 31, 2022 at the Elliot Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.
Janice was born July 27, 1955 in Manchester, NH to Roger & Therese (Thibodeau) Lemay. She was a graduate of Manchester High School West. Prior to her retirement, Janice worked for Hannaford for 35 years. She was an accomplished and dedicated Store Manager.
Janice lived each day to the fullest and enjoyed creating memories with her family. She was known adoringly as "Nenere" to her 6 grandchildren; who she loved dearly. Janice knew the importance of helping others, watching the sunrise and going for long walks. In addition to spending time with her beloved family, Janice loved going to the beach and traveling to her favorite destinations.
Janice is survived by her loving husband of 49 years Donald Yergeau of Bedford; daughter Christine Shields & her husband Wayne of Weare; sons Scott Yergeau & his wife Jennifer of Goffstown and Jason Yergeau & his wife Annie of New Boston; grandchildren Olivia Shields of Weare, Adele & Benjamin Yergeau of Goffstown, and Ava, Norah & Ethan Yergeau of New Boston; sister Carol Waszeciak & her husband John of Manchester; brother Gary Lemay & his wife Kelly-Ann of Manchester; sister-in-law Terri Lemay of Boscawen; sister-in-law Helen Camire & her husband Dick of Hooksett; sister-in-law Diane Thibault of Goffstown; sister-in-law Janet Dockx & her husband Dick of Manchester; sister-in-law Joyce Poirier & her husband Ron of Manchester; sister-in-law Rita Earl of Manchester and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother James Lemay of Boscawen.

SERVICES: A graveside service will be held for Janice on Tuesday April 5th at 1pm at the New Hampshire State Veteran Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Hwy., Boscawen, NH 03303.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Janice's name may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute of Londonderry, NH, 40 Buttrick Rd STE B, Londonderry, NH 03053.
