Jason A. Crawford, 84, of Manchester died November 27, 2021.

He was born in Nashua, NH on November 21, 1937 to Laura M. (Moran) and Arthur Allen Crawford. He graduated from Manchester Central High School, class of 1955, and later received his associate's degree in philosophy. He proudly served in the United States Air Force. Jason made a career for himself as an auto body mechanic working for several local auto body shops. He worked for Manchester Chrysler Plymouth and several local auto body shops. He retired from Harvey Industries.

In 1965 Jason married Patricia Mary (Murphy) and they enjoyed 20 years of marriage together until her death in 1985.

Jason was a great dad. He loved to read, paint and sketch, enjoying painting with his friends at E.W. Poore. He could often be found walking Massabesic Lake with his beloved dog Molly, and feeding treats to any other dogs he met along the way. He will be remembered for having the gift of gab. Jason loved riding his Harley and was a member of the New Hampshire Motorcycle Rights Organization. Jason was also an avid sports watcher.

Jason is survived by his daughter Nancy Dubois and her partner Steven Duchesnaye of Manchester; his sons Brian Mitchell and his wife Dee Jones of Manchester and Gary Mitchell and his late wife Jenny Freeman of Kittery, ME; 6 grandchildren, Shayne Mitchell, Nicole Henderson, Stephen Mitchell, Colleen Mitchell, Elizabeth Dubois, and Ryan Dubois; 17 great-grandchildren; his loving partner of 31 years Jeanne Bourque, whom he loved traveling with, particularly to Bar Harbor, ME; and many other family members and friends.

In addition to his wife and parents, Jason was predeceased by his sisters Janice Lang of FL and June Bradbury of FL; his brother James Dean Crawford of Manchester; and nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: A memorial celebration of Jason's life will take place in Manchester at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor may be made to the James D. Crawford Mathematics Scholarship Fund at Memorial High School, One Crusader Way, Manchester, NH 03103.
