Jean W. Korf

Jean Wilson Korf, 71, of Bedford, NH passed away on September 10, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.

            Born in Dorchester, MA on November 12, 1950, she was the daughter of Oscar and Mary (Murphy) Wilson.  She was raised and educated in Woodbridge, CT.

            Jean dedicated her life to her family and will be remembered as a kind, loving, and devoted wife and mother.  After raising her children, she worked as a paralegal.  She loved reading, baking, and handwriting personal letters to family and friends, always with perfect penmanship.  Jean enjoyed local New England history and also played in local bridge leagues for many years. 

            Jean is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, David Korf of Bedford, son, Shawn Korf of Belmont, MA, daughter, Lisa Korf of York, ME, and their families,  her beloved grandchildren, Isabella Korf and Thijs and Marin Scott, and her brothers, Robert Wilson of Walpole, MA and James Wilson of Connecticut and Florida and their families.

            A calling hour will be held in St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 190 Meetinghouse Road, Bedford  Friday Sept 16, 2022 from 9-10,  Funeral Mass at 10, Burial following Mass, reception in church hall after.
