Jeanne Vadeboncoeur

Sr. Jeanne Vadeboncoeur, CSC, 94, (Sister Mary Estelle), of the Sisters of Holy Cross, 357 Island Pond Rd., Manchester, died December 31, 2003, at the Holy Cross Health Center, after a lengthy illness.

Born in Manchester, August 9, 1909, she was the daughter of J. Wilfrid and Estelle (Topping) Vadeboncoeur.

She entered the Congregation of the Sisters of Holy Cross in 1926 and made her final profession in 1933. She served in the Congregation for 77 years.

Family members include a brother in-law, Roger Cote of Nashua; a niece and several cousins.

A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Saturday January 3, 2004 in the chapel of St. George Manor. Burial was in St. Augustin Cemetery.
