Jeannette E. Coulombe

Jeannette E. Coulombe, 94, of Manchester, died November 11, 2003, at Villa Crest, after a period of declining health.

Born in Manchester, May 31, 1909, she was the daughter of Joseph and Emma (Archambeault) Marcoux. She was a lifelong resident of this city.

She worked for Winwood Sportswear for 10 years.

She had been a member of St. Anthony Church, where she was a life member of the Sodality of St. Anne, for many years. In recent years she was a communicant of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, where she held membership in the Ladies Guild.

Her husband, Donat J. Coulombe, predeceased her in 1978.

Family members include a son, Robert L. Coulombe of Manchester; two daughters, Lorraine McCarthy, and Doris Roy, both of Manchester; 13 grandchildren; many great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are Wednesday from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm in Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North St.

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10 am in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
