Jeannette M. Grace, 53, of Candia, died July 17, 2017 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston after a sudden illness with her family at her side.

She was born in Cambridge, MA on September 22, 1963 to John and Sonja (Rotchatka) Poukstas. She grew up in Nashua and lived in Candia for many years. She graduated from Mount St. Mary's Academy and earned a bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire.

Jeannette worked as a stock broker with Fidelity Investments for many years. She enjoyed gardening, tending her chickens, traveling and visiting Portsmouth.

She was predeceased by her parents and a brother, Jonathan Poukstas.

The family includes her husband of 25 years, James L. Grace III of Candia; two sons, James L. Grace IV and Connor M. Grace both of Candia; three siblings, Joseph Maynard and his wife, Carol, of Deerfield, Jeff Maynard and his wife, Roberta, of Burlington, MA and Judy Maynard of Worcester, MA; and aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at St. Catherine Church, 267 Webster St., Manchester. Committal prayers followed at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
