Jerry L. Dunn, 73, of Manchester, NH died December 1, 2024 after a brief illness. 

Born in Borger, TX on August 25, 1951, he was the son of Hoyt N. Dunn and Ollie Faye (Coleman) Nunn.

 Jerry was a Veteran of the US Navy, served in Vietnam and was honorably discharged in 1972. He also volunteered to serve in the Army National Guard for 6 years. 

He had worked for 24 years as an Instrumentation Technologist for Distrigas of Mass, and retired in 2014 from the Biopharmaceutical Company, Amgen Inc. 

He was a lifelong golfer who most recently held membership at Intervale Country Club in Manchester. He loved all sports, and played football and basketball in his younger years. Recently, he had enjoyed traveling the U.S., playing pool with his friends. He was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. 

Family members include his wife of 53 years, Clare Anne (Martineau) Dunn of Manchester; two sons, Michael Dunn and his wife Janet of Belmont, NH, and Robert Dunn and his wife Jennifer of Nashua NH; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Julia and Madison; his Mother, Ollie Faye Nunn; his siblings, Dolores Danner and her husband Carl “Dash” Danner, Johnny E. Dunn and his wife Larry Sue, David H. Dunn, Robert N. Dunn and his wife Sheila, Tommy Merrell and his wife Mary Lou, Randy Merrell and his wife Evan, and Michelle Bohanan, as well as numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and in-laws.

 Calling hours at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, corner of North St, Manchester, will be Monday, December 9th from 4 to 7 pm. Funeral services will be at a later date.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to The American Cancer Association or a charity of your choosing.
