Born in Manchester on February 24, 1921, she was the daughter of Ephraim and Eleanor (Boutot) Lamy. She lived in Manchester most of her life.
She worked at J.J. Moreau Hardware Store in Manchester for 50 years.
Mrs. Raymond was a former member of the Intervale Country Club and of the St. Francis Ladies Guild. She also volunteered at Prime Time for many years.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Emile Provencher in 1976 and by her second husband, Roland G. Raymond in 1994.
The family includes two sons, Dennis N. Provencher of Manchester and David P. Provencher and his wife, Susan of Amherst; a step daughter, Diane Raymond of Amherst; 10 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday October 20, 2007 at St. Catherine Church, corner of Webster and Hemlock streets, Manchester. Private burial was at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Manchester.
Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester assisted the family with arrangements.
