Jo M. Thinnes

Jo M. (Probst) Thinnes, 96, of Hooksett died January 14, 2006 in her residence after a long illness.

Born in Cincinnati, OH on August 19, 1909, she was the daughter of John and Lydia (Reck) Probst.

Mrs. Thinnes lived in 15 different states and for seven years in New Zealand. She also traveled extensively in the South Pacific.

She was married to George H. Thinnes who died in 1990.

The family includes two sons, Robert G. Thinnes of Hooksett and Thomas C. Thinnes of Kalamazoo, MI; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren; a brother, Alphonse Probst of Cincinnati, OH and nieces and nephews.

A memorial mass of Christian burial was celebrated Thursday January 19, 2006 in St. Catherine Church, corner of Webster and Hemlock streets, Manchester. Burial of cremated remains was in New Port Richey, FL
