OBITUARY
Joan B. Caron, 83, of Manchester, NH died suddenly on December 15, 2016 at the Elliot Hospital.
She was born in Manchester, NH on January 11, 1933 and was the daughter of Roland and Anna (Lefebvre) Bourke Sr. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
Joan graduated from St. George High School and worked many years as an electronic inspector for Gulton-Rustrak Industries.
She was an avid bingo player and always enjoyed going to the casino. She also loved watching the Boston Red Sox and was a big fan of David Ortiz. She was an excellent baker and was known for baking her famous whoopie pies for all to enjoy. She also loved flowers but especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
Family members include two sisters, Doris LaRochelle and Nancy Robitaille, both of Manchester; four god children, her caregiver Donna Seuss, David LaRochelle, Karin DeVries, and Katherine Robitaille
She was predeceased by her husband, Raymond W. Caron, in 1998 and by two siblings, Theresa Jones and Roland Bourke Jr.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 in St Anthony of Padua Church, 172 Belmont St., Manchester.
Burial followed in St Augustin Cemetery, Manchester.
