Joan A. Fowler

Joan A. Fowler, 86, of Manchester, died at CMC, January 27, 2011. She was born March 30, 1924, in Suncook, to Alphonse Labbe,and Odena Gagnon .

For the last few years Joan has resided at Mt. Carmel Nursing Home.

She was an Elder of the Bedford Four Square Church, formerly the Faith Christian Center, and would conduct Bible studies at her home. Joan enjoyed participating in the Craft Fairs that the church would conduct. She will be remembered for her easy going manner, and the enjoyment that was shared by her family.

IN HER LIFE: Family members include a sister, Pearl Barrett, and her husband Ken, of Concord; a brother Richard Severance, and his wife Judy, of Manchester; her caregiver niece, Vicki Pepper, of Litchfield; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Sargent Thomas B. Fowler U.S.M.C. ret. and her sister Norma Cupples.

A funeral service officiated by Pastor Bill Donahue was held on Friday, February 4, 2011 at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory.

Committal was private at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum.
