Joan F. McGarry, of Milford, NH died April 19, 2016 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born in Chicago, IL on May 25, 1939, she was the daughter of John and Mabel (Kennedy) Wyand. She was educated in the Chicago school system and graduated from St. Xavier College.
Most recently, she had been employed as a claims assistant with Riverstone Resources in Manchester.
Joan will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who cherished, above all else, time spent with family.
Family members include her two daughters, Maureen A. Schweitzer and husband Arthur of Lansing, IL, Kathleen B. Zampella and husband Joseph of Amherst; her beloved grandchildren, David and wife Amy and their daughter Quinn, James, Gina, John, Robert, Nicholas, and Tatum;
A brief memorial service was held on Friday, April 22, 2016 in the chapel at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, Manchester.
