Joan T. Parent

Joan T. Parent, 59, of Manchester, NH passed away after a long courageous battle with breast cancer on March 7, 2023 at the Elliot Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Joan was born in Manchester, NH on April 8, 1963 to Roland and Theresa (Desmarais) Laflamme. She was raised and resided in Manchester. She was a graduate of Manchester West High School and she worked for Villa Crest Nursing Home for many years.

Joan enjoyed reading, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

Joan is survived by her husband André (Andy) Parent, her mother, Theresa Laflamme of Manchester, her sister, Doris Noel and husband Gerald of Goffstown, her brother, Ronald Laflamme and wife Paula of Manchester, her daughter Nicole Grinley and husband Jeffrey of Pelham, her son, Michael Allard of Manchester, her daughter, Samantha Park and husband Kevin of New York, and her son, Andre Parent II of Manchester and by her, five grandchildren, Oliver Park, Eleanor Park, Joseph Grinley, Gracie Parent and Kelsey Grinley, her fur baby, Jaxson, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her father Roland Laflamme.

SERVICES: Calling hours will be Saturday March 11^th from 10 am to 1 pm at Lambert Funeral Home, 1799 Elm Street, Manchester, followed by a brief service at 1pm in the funeral home.  The committal ceremony at Mt. Calvary Cemetery will be private.
