Joel L. "Wink" Winchenbaugh

October 1, 1960 — January 28, 2019

Joel L. "Wink" Winchenbaugh 58, died Monday, January 28th 2019 at Elliot Hospital in Manchester, following an extended illness.

Born in Rockland Maine, October 1, 1960 he was the son of Conrad Heyer and Mary Elizabeth Winchenbaugh, Sr.

August 2, 1980, Joel married the love of his life, Linda C. St.Hilaire. The couple made their home in Manchester, where they raised a family of two boys and one girl.

As a Master Plumber for just over 30 years, he prided himself in being a perfectionist.

More than anything, he loved being with his family and riding his motorcycle. He was the strongest, most selfless person who put the needs of others ahead of his own.

Joel was pre-deceased by his mother Mary in 2001; father Conrad in 2016; and brother Paul in 2010.

He is survived by his wife Linda Winchenbaugh; daughter Echoe Groleau and husband Patrick; son Joel Winchenbaugh; daughter Crystal Lepelley and husband Scott; son Joseph Emerson and wife Tammy; grandchildren, Austin, Jersey, Isabella, Ricky, Anthony and Danny; along with 4 brothers Conrad Sr., Dale, Kevin, Brett; 6 sisters Donna, Carol, Vicki, Pam, Kristin, Lisa; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life was held on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at The Neighborhoods at Woodland Pond Clubhouse, 3024 Countryside Blvd. Manchester, NH 03102.
