Joel B. Raskin

Joel B. Raskin, 78, of Manchester, died September 17, 2022 at CMC, after a long illness. Born in Brooklyn, NY on August 24, 1944, he was the son of the late Joseph G. and Jennie (Schubert) Raskin. He was a graduate of Manchester Central High School in 1962 and attended Lowell Technical Institute. He worked as accountant during his career and was a member of Washington Masonic Lodge # 61. Joel is survived by his daughter, Joy Lynn Raskin of Bedford; sister, Barbara D. Hallett of Bow; niece, Joanne M. Hebert of Manchester; and nephew, Michael Van Noordt of Maryland. He was predeceased by both parents; two brothers, David A. Raskin and Arthur A. Raskin; and one niece, Simone Van Noordt. Joel was buried at the Manchester Hebrew Cemetery, on Beech St., in Manchester. Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory assisted the family with arrangements.
