She was born in Manchester January 12, 1974 the daughter of Joseph M. and Honora J "Noanie" (Farley) Barry. She graduated from Memorial High School in 1992.
Joellen worked for Verizon for many years.
She was predeceased by a sister, Kristen Joy Barry and by her father, Joseph M. Barry.
She leaves her mother, Honora J. "Noanie" Barry of Manchester; two brothers, Jonathan Starr and his wife, Pamela, and Darren Starr, all of Manchester; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
There are no calling hours.
Services will be private with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
