John F. Campbell Jr., 75, of Danbury, NH died Sunday August 14, 2022 at Concord Hospital.
Born October 28, 1946 in Exeter, NH, he was the son of Ella (Simoneau) & John F. Campbell Sr. He grew up in Chester and later moved to Manchester where he married Patricia (White). Then enjoyed 52 years of marriage until her passing in 2017. He worked as a mechanic at Northern Ignition for over 30 years.
John loved everything to do with cars. He loved talking about them. In his younger years, he built cars for drag racing. He also loved to ride his motorcycle, go fishing, and go snowmobiling. He loved having barbeques with and spending time with his family. They will miss him very much.
John is survived by his daughters Cheryl Campbell & her partner Paul Rogers of Vermont, Brandi Campbell & her partner Mark Sturdevant of Danbury, and Cynthia Moulton & her husband Michael of Franklin; son John F. Campbell III & his wife Brenda of Manchester; grandchildren Damian, Christopher, Nicole, Zachary, Kristie, John, Chance, Voshon, Gavin, Dillon, Collin and, many great-grandchildren; his brother-in-law Robert Bradford & his wife Donna; and his good friends Dave & Nancy Heiline. He was predeceased by his sister Bernice Rogers.
SERVICES: Calling hours for John will be held Sunday August 21st from 1pm to 3pm at Lambert Funeral Home, 1799 Elm St., Manchester, NH 03104, followed by a service at 3 pm in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation.
