John W. Gouin

John W. Gouin, 68, of Manchester, died December 31, 2003 at the Elliot Hospital after a long battle with cancer.

He was born in Manchester on September 29, 1935, and was the son of Walter and Agnes (Clare) Gouin.

John had been a parts delivery person for Dobles Chevrolet for the last seven years. Prior to that he had been a machine mechanic for Osram Sylvania for 17 years, and J.F. McElwain Shoe Co. for 28 years.

Family members include his wife, Joan Marie Gouin, of Manchester; a sister, Helen Tuttle, of Hooksett; a brother, Walter Gouin, of Manchester; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Following cremation, services were private.

Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North Street assisted the family with the arrangements.
