John C. Lyons, 79, of Manchester died June 20, 2002 in his residence after a brief illness.
Born in Manchester, on January 29, 1923, he was the son of John and Mary (Sullivan) Lyons. He was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
Mr. Lyons worked as a machinist for the Hitchner Manufacturing Co. as well as the Sanders Associates.
He was married to Lorraine T. (Ahern) Lyons who died in 2001.
The family includes a daughter Mrs. Cheryl Gianlorenzi of Virginia, MN; a sister Mrs. Dorothy L. Peeters of Manchester; 2 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services were private.
Urn burial was held in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford at the convenience of the family.
