Born in Lawrence, MA on June 25, 1918 he was the son of William and Jennie (McNally) Mitchell.
Mr. Mitchell worked as the fruit and produce manager for Stop and Shop Groceries for 43 years. More recently, he had worked in the New Hampshire College bookstore.
He has been a resident of Goffstown for over 22 years.
