John E. Morrell

John E. Morrell, 65, of 11 Country Club Dr., Manchester, died October 27, 2002, at Catholic Medical Center, after a sudden illness.

Born in Franklin, July 3, 1937, he was the son of John A. Morrell and Geneva C. (Gilbert) Vadnals. He had been a Manchester resident most of his life.

Mr. Morrell was employed by Wal-Mart for several years.

He served in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict.

Family members include his wife, Eleanore L. Morrell of Manchester; a son, Michael Morrell of Bedford; a granddaughter, Alexandria Morrell; his mother of Manchester; 4 brothers, James Jordan, Robert Jordan, Henry Vadnals, and Butch Vadnals; several step children and step grandchildren.

A service of remembrance was held Wednesday October 30, 2002 in Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North St.

Following cremation, urn burial was in the NH State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen.
