Joseph L. Bartosiewicz

He was born in Mt. Carmel, PA on April 22, 1919, to Joseph and Frances (Lascoska) Bartosiewicz and had lived in Manchester most of his life.

He worked at Sikorsky Helicopter, Chance Vought Corsair Airplanes and later worked as an inspector for United States department of Agriculture at the Foster Beef Co. of Manchester.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, playing golf and traveling. He was known as Mr. Fix it and always had a great sense of humor.

Members of his family include his beloved wife of 65 years Claire (Dubois) Bartosiewicz of Manchester NH; a daughter, Carol Bartosiewicz of Manchester; two sons, Robert Bartosiewicz of Newmarket, NH and Gary Bartosiewicz and his wife Beth of Manchester, NH; four grandchildren, Renee, Ryan, Jeffery and Elizabeth; two great-grandchildren, Nicolas and Riley; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Friday, October 31, 2008 in St. Pius X Church, 575 Candia Rd.

Burial followed in Mt Calvary Cemetery.
