Joseph E. Belliveau, 95, of Manchester, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Lynn, Massachusetts, on April 9, 1931, Joseph was the son of Alfred and Marie (Gaudet) Belliveau. During his early retirement, Saturday evening Uno games and Sunday morning family breakfasts became treasured traditions. In later years, he enjoyed reading novels by Tom Clancy and Clive Cussler, completing word search puzzles, and watching the Boston Red Sox.
Joseph is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 62 years, Annette; his children, Paul Belliveau and his wife, Pauline, of Hudson, New Hampshire, and Michelle Mersereau and her husband, Thomas, of Manchester, New Hampshire; his grandchildren, Andrew Belliveau and his wife, Senri, of Torrance, California, Jonathan Mersereau and his wife, Taylor, of Newington, Connecticut, Amanda Flynn and her husband, Casey, of Nashua, New Hampshire, Sarah DiChiara and her husband, Joseph, of South Easton, Massachusetts, Aaron Mersereau of Manchester, New Hampshire, and Samantha Roye and her husband, Colin, of Long Island City, New York; his great-grandchildren, Katarina-Rose, Charlotte, Lucy, and Jonah; his brother, Alfred Belliveau of Lynn, Massachusetts; and countless beloved nieces and nephews.
