Joseph R. Dube, 80, of Manchester, died October 25, 2003, at the Elliot Hospital, after a lengthy illness
Born in Manchester, January 27, 1923, he was the son of Romuald and Eliza (Belanger) Dube. He worked 30 years in the Merchant Marine's living in various areas and returned to Manchester upon his retirement several years ago.
Family members include a daughter, Darlene Martin of Lakeworth, FL; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; a sister, Rolande Beaudry of Auburn; nieces and nephews.
After cremation, services were held in Florida at the convenience of the family.
Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., was in charge of arrangements.
