Joseph E. Nasser

Born in Lawrence, MA on June 13, 1932, he was the son of Ernest and Nellie (Yameen) Nasser. He served in the US Air Force.

Prior to retirement, Joe had been employed by MultiLab in Lawrence for many years. Previously, he had been a manager at RCA in Medford, MA.

He enjoyed playing golf and was a former member of both the Manchester Country Club and Candia Woods. He will be remembered for his wonderful personality and willingness to welcome everyone to his home. Above all else, Joe will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend who will be greatly missed.

Family members include his wife Mae (Ganem) Nasser of Manchester; three sons, Joseph Nasser Jr. and wife Nancy of Windham, Stephen Nasser and wife Cheryl of Salem, John Nasser and wife Therese of Nottingham; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Fred and Mary Nasser of Methuen. He was predeceased by his sister Joan and her husband Dan Zarzour of Lawrence.

The funeral service was held on Monday, May 19, 2014 in Our Lady of the Cedars Church, Mitchell St, Manchester. Burial with military honors followed in St. Joseph Cemetery, 448 Donald St, Bedford.
