Joyce E. Morris

Joyce E. Morris, 92, of Nashua, died on November 22, 2018 at her residence, after a period of declining health, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Providence, RI on August 8, 1926, she was the daughter of Harold and Rose (Place) Dunlop. She was a graduate of Providence High School and attended Rhode Island School of Design. After completing her education, Joyce married her husband Frank and dedicated her life to raising her family.
Joyce was very family oriented and time spent together was most important to her. She also enjoyed needlepoint, crocheting, quilting and making braided rugs. Above all, she will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt.
Joyce was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Frank Morris, in 1996.
Family includes seven daughters, Beth Ann Hanson and husband Gary of Shrevport, LA, Katherine Cicero and husband Frank of Vero Beach, FL, Rosemary Williams, Merrimack, NH, Joyce O'Sullivan of S. Yarmouth, MA, Anne French and husband Peter of Standish, ME, Margaret Heck and husband Doug of Temple, NH, and Caroline Trexler and husband Ron of Manchester, NH; three sons, Frank Morris and wife Mariette of Bedford, NH, Harold Morris and wife Liz of Malvern, PA, and Andrew Morris and wife Linda of Dunbarton, NH; 31 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and one sister, Ursula Bondi of Kittery, ME.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, November 30, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 190 Meeting House Rd., Bedford, NH. Committal Prayers and burial followed in St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the hospice care facility of one's choice.
