Born in Dover on September 3, 1922, he was the son of Gideon and Rosilda (Laventure) Marion. He lived in Manchester for most of his life.
During World War II he served in the US Army.
Mr. Marion worked for Myrna Shoe Company, Guttman Kessler Shoe Company and Salvage Molloy Shoe Company for many years. He was a member of the League of 1000 Men of the Precious Blood.
The family includes a brother, Clement Marion of Candia; a sister, Eva Marion of Manchester and nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Saturday, June 14, 2008 at St.Anne-St. Augustin Church, 378 Beech St., Manchester. Committal prayers followed at St. Augustin Cemetery, So. Beech Street, Manchester.
