Karen J. LePine of Manchester died on August 14, 2024, after a two-year courageous battle with cancer. She was the daughter of the late Donald W. and Willa Mae (Lucas) LePine. Karen was a lifelong Manchester resident who graduated from Memorial High School in 1976. She used her creative side to build a career in the print industry where she met and mentored many and made lifelong friends. She retired at the time of her diagnosis.
Karen loved to travel, near and far, and if by car was always the driver. She made friends easily and kept them for a lifetime. She was forever the holiday party planner and host for family, extended family and friends as well as gathering her friends for “girls’ night”, no boys allowed, where bonding and belly laughs were had by all.
Karen is survived by her sister, Cheryl LePine Beliveau and her husband, Jean C. Beliveau, of Moultonborough and her brother, Alan LePine and his wife, Laurie LePine, of Rockport, MA; her nephews, Jason LePine and his wife, Angela LePine, of Henniker and Jeffrey Beliveau, of Manchester; her nieces, Jocelyn LePine of Weare, Jessica Perry of Manchester, Lindsay Parise of Brattleboro, VT and Kaitlin Gilibert of Manchester; and her great nephews and great nieces, Ariella Francois, Elijah LePine, Justin LePine, Jacoby LePine, Evan LePine, Ethan O’Bryan, Caelyn O’Bryan, EJ Parise Sanchez, Luca Parise Sanchez, Walker Gilibert and Jameson Gilibert , Andrew Beliveau and Kayla Guay.
Karen by predeceased by her brother, Gary LePine and her niece, Crystal LePine.
Karen is also survived by her best friends, Patti Jobin-Carey, Lorna Masters, Nancy Martin and Linda Griffiths, who surrounded her with love and caring messages of support, and who all helped to care for Karen, whether spending time, running errands, driving her to appointments or taking a shift watching over her.
SERVICES: Calling hours are on Tuesday (8/27) from 4 to 7 p.m. at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester. A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday (8/28) at 10 a.m. at St. Raphael Church, 103 Walker St., Manchester. Committal prayers will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
