Kathleen A. (Molloy) Fecteau, 68, of Manchester, died April 13, 2024 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston after a period of declining health.
She was born in Manchester on November 29, 1955 to Thomas and Patricia (Bolduc) Molloy. She graduated from Central High School in 1973 then earned a bachelor’s degree from New Hampshire College. She lived in Hooksett for many years before returning to Manchester.
Kathleen worked in insurance sales with Allstate Insurance Company. She had also worked in the medical records department at the former Sacred Heart Hospital in Manchester.
She was a former active member of Shiloh Community Church in Manchester.
She had a real passion for animals and an eye for designing. She also loved to read and go sailing, having made several long sailing journeys, including sailing from Florida to Maine.
Kathleen is survived by her husband of 47 years, Michael F. Fecteau of Manchester; two siblings, Diane Plaisance and her husband, Walter, of Manchester and Michael Molloy of Hudson, FL; two nieces, Nicole Marshall and Jennifer Croteau; one nephew, Joseph Plaisance; five grandnieces and grandnephews, Jackson and Mia Marshall, Jackson and Aubrey Croteau and Weston Plaisance; a brother-in-law, Mark Fecteau of Cape Coral, FL and a sister-in-law, Denise Fecteau of Barrington.
SERVICES: Calling hours are Thursday (4/18) from 5 to 7 p.m. at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester. A private funeral ceremony will take place at the convenience of the family.
