Kathleen "Kathy" Sherman

Kathleen "Kathy" Sherman, 60, of Bedford, NH died November 13th, 2016 at the Lahey Clinic surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Born in Brooklyn, NY on October 9th, 1956, she was the daughter of Murray and Ida (Conte) Sherman. She was educated in the Long Island school system, attended CW Post, Adelphi University and earned her master's degree in nursing from Franklin Pierce University. She also served her country for 20 years as a nurse in the U.S. Navy
Most recently, she had been employed at the VA Medical Center in Manchester as the Health Promotion, Disease Prevention Program Manager.
Kathy loved to travel and spend time at the seacoast. Above all else, she will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother, sister, cousin and friend.
Family members include her daughter, Erica Sherman of Bedford; her siblings, Nancy Brett and husband John and George Sherman; her cousins, Cara and Paul Buonincontri, Dick Cannarella and wife Elaine; nephews, nieces, and many dear friends, specifically Eileen, Connie, Debbie and Susan.
A celebration of life will take place in June 2017 for friends and family.
