   Kathleen M. (Corson) Talbot, 74, of Manchester, died August 4, 2023 at her home after a period of declining health.

   She was born in Manchester on May 17, 1949 to Walter and Katherine (Riley) Corson.  She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.

   She graduated from Sacred Heart Hospital School of Nursing in Manchester and did clinical training at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.

   Kathleen was a registered nurse at Sacred Heart Hospital, Mammoth Nursing Home and Courville at Manchester, all in Manchester where her innate desire to care for others found its purpose. 

   She enjoyed time spent with her family, especially attending her children and grandchildren’s sporting events, plays and recitals.   She was a devoted follower of The Little League World Series.  She treasured time at the camp on Manning Lake, sitting on the porch with her family sharing stories. 

   Kathleen will be remembered for her vibrant personality, infectious laugh and beautiful smile.  She will be remembered for how deeply she loved and was loved.  She was strong beyond measure, fiercely loyal and had a sense of humor that added laughter to every conversation.  

   Kathleen is survived by her husband of 52 years, Richard A. Talbot of Manchester; three children, Kimberly Lavallee and her husband, Mathieu, of Merrimack, Shannon L. Fawaz and her husband, Christopher, of Hooksett and Ryan R. Talbot and his wife, Justice, of Lake Wylie, SC; four grandchildren, Alexander Talbot, Jordan Fawaz, Kaitlin Lavallee and Laine Lavallee; seven siblings, Michael Corson and his wife, Cecile, of Northwood, James Corson and his wife, Lorraine, of Manchester, Helen Gordon and her husband, Donald, of Boscawen, Thomas Corson of Manchester, Robert Corson and his wife, Sue, of Hooksett, Mary Papachristos and her husband, Pappy, of Newton and Mark Corson of Manchester; and cousins, nieces and nephews. 

   She was predeceased by her parents; her sister-in-law, Lisa Corson and her niece Melanie Latulippe.

   SERVICES: There are no calling hours.  A graveside cemetery committal service is Friday at 11 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.

   Memorial donations may be made to Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD), 1 Medical Center Dr., Lebanon, NH 03766.

   Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, Manchester is assisting the family with arrangements.
