She was born in Manchester on December 15, 1961 to Roland and Helen (Szumiers) Boisvert. She was a graduate of Manchester Central High School in 1980 and was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
Kathy worked at General Electric for 24 years. She had a great love of animals and had volunteered at the Manchester Animal Shelter and at Animal Allies in Manchester. She also enjoyed camping at Wells Beach, ME and vacationing in Provincetown, MA.
She will be remembered as a caring person who was always eager to help those in need.
She was predeceased by her parents and two brothers, Ronald Boisvert and Daniel Boisvert.
The family includes her life partner of 27 years, Janne Miner of Boscawen; three sisters, Carolyn Pare of Rochester, Candace Boisvert of Derry and Lisa Lavoie and her husband, Dennis, of Concord ; two brothers, Richard Boisvert and his wife, Linda, of Candia and Roland Boisvert Jr. of Manchester; nieces and nephews; and her many beloved dogs.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at St. Peter Church, 567 Manchester Rd., Auburn.
