Kevin Clancy, 56, died on July 19, 2018 after a brief battle with cancer at his home in Manchester, NH.
He was born in Saugus, MA on May 23, 1962, son of the late Joseph T. and Barbara A. (Wilson) Clancy. He was the youngest of four children, Jackie Theriault of Poway CA, Joe Clancy of Brockton MA and Thomas Clancy of Poway CA (deceased). He lived in Saugus for many years before moving to New Hampshire in 1999.
He is survived by his wife and soul-mate of 11 years, Diane M. (Chatel) Clancy of Manchester; four children, Justin Clancy and Jessica Fama both of Peabody, MA and Nathan Lavallee and Benjamin Lavallee both of Manchester NH.
Kevin worked as a construction supervisor at Pro-Con Construction for many years prior to operating his own business Clancy Home Improvement's.
He was an avid fly fisherman, tied his own flies and loved kayaking which started Fly's the Limit Custom Fly Shop. He enjoyed cooking for friends, riding his Harley and took great pride in his gardening skills.
He was deputy Grand Knight with the Knights of Columbus, Notre Dame Council 5163 providing charitable outreach to the community. He also volunteered his time and fishing skills with the Let's Go Fishing Program through the state of New Hampshire.
Kevin will be remembered as an amazingly selfless husband, father and friend.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Ste. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave. Manchester.
