Lai Fong Siu

Born in Canton, China on May 2, 1916, she was the daughter of Gai Yuen Tang and Fang Chen Tang. She lived in Manchester many years.

She enjoyed cooking and playing Ma Jong.

She was married to Yuen Siu, who died in 1995.

The family includes five sons, Chong Yip Siu of Manchester, Chong Sam Siu of Bedford, Chong Sing Siu of Pelham, and Chong On Siu and Chong Fai Siu both of Manchester; four daughters, Po Quan Lee of Manchester, and Po Chen Siu, Po Wan Au and Po Har Wong all of Hong Kong; 14 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

SERVICES: A funeral ceremony was held March 6, 2010 in Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory. Committal prayers followed at Pine Grove Cemetery, Calef Rd., Manchester.
