She was born in Manchester, NH, June 3, 1915, and was a daughter of Napoleon and Marie (Godbout) Desrochers. She lived in Medford, MA for 30 years before returning to Manchester. She had been a resident of Salem, NH the past 9 years.

Mrs. Marshall was a retired hairdresser.

She was married to Thomas F. Egan, who died in 1951, and to Frank W. Marshall, who died in 1987.

She leaves a son in law, James Sullivan of Salem, NH; three step grandchildren, Winston Sullivan of Laconia, NH, Jeffrey Sullivan and Scott Sullivan, both of Salem, NH

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Thursday May 22, 2008 at St. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave., Manchester, NH. Burial followed in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford, NH
