Laurent J. Hache, 82, of Manchester died August 29, 2002 at Harborside Healthcare Northwood in Bedford after a long illness.
Born in Manchester on May 20, 1920, he was the son of Marcellin and Ardinas (Dallaire) Hache. He lived in Manchester most of his life.
Mr. Hache worked for Sealtest Ice Cream for 25 years, then worked for Cotter and Company Tru-Value Distributors.
He was a member of the League of 1000 Men of the Precious Blood and United Commercial Travelers Council 195. He was also a charter member of the Knights of Columbus Council 5260 and was a 4th degree member of the Bishop Brady Assembly.
The family includes his wife, Yvette A. (Fortin) Hache of Manchester; two sisters, Dorothy Hache of Manchester and Edith Marcotte of Wells, ME; cousins, nieces and nephews.
A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Monday September 2, 2002 in St. Therese Church, corner of Calef Rd. and Mitchell St., Manchester. Burial was in St. Augustin Cemetery, So. Beech St., Manchester.
