Laurette Adams, 86, of Manchester died August 5, 2006 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Canada on December 6, 1919, the daughter of Adelard and Eva (Dorian) Bisson. She was a former resident of Hooksett.
Prior to retirement, she had been a stitcher by JF McElwain Shoe Company and Myrna Shoe.
She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and was a communicant of St. Catherine Church.
She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur E. Adams in 2002.
Members of her family include one daughter, Shirley Hoitt of Manchester; two grandchildren, Stephen Hoitt of Vestal, NY, and Robert Hoitt of Manchester; five great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Catherine Church on Tuesday August 8, 2006 Encryptment followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.
